New Stampin’ Up! Storage Solutions have just arrived!
Craft Room storage is something every crafter struggles with every now and again. There are so many options that it is sometimes a little hard to find the right solution. Especially when it comes to storing ink pads, ink refulls and markers. If you are anything like me, you must have your craft supplies in easy reach, visiable (it you don’t see it you wont use it) but you don’t want to to lose valuable crafting bench or desk space. And of course you want to be able to expand your solution if you need to!
Whether you have an entire room or a small corner in your home for stamping, your creative space should be tailored to you.
Let me introduce Storage by Stampin’ Up!
Today, Stampin’ Up!! released a brand new product line called Storage by Stampin’ Up! which provides modular storage solutions that let you organise—and customise—your space your way! They also realsed today the fabulous and very pretty Floral Grid paper (Item no 150819 – $20.50) to protect your work surface and this is only availabe while supplies last.
Storage by Stampin’ Up! is designed to store and showcase your Stampin’ Pads, Stampin’ Ink Refills, Stampin’ Blends, Stampin’ Write Markers, Watercolor Pencils and other accessories. Here are some other features and benefits of Storage by Stampin’ Up!:
Keeps products organised, tidy, visible and trackable at all times.- Ensures that your Stampin’ Pads, Stampin’ Write Markers and Stampin’ Blends are all stored horizontally, as recommended.
- Designed to be stylish, durable, compact, stackable and modular.

- Stacks vertically and can be arranged to fit practically any flat workspace.

The products
There are five different storage components to choose from:
- Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays (set of 5) – each tray stores one ink pad and one stampin’ write marker or watercolour pencil.
- Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays (Set of 5) – each tray stores 6 Stampin’ Blends – each tray is 5″x5″ x7/8″
- Open Storage Cube – designed for small items such as ribbon, embellishments and adhesives – 5″x5″x4-1/16″
- Storage Topper – this fits on top of the Ink Pad & marker storage trays, Open Storage Cubes, Stampin’ Blends Storage cubes and holds 20 ink refills or other small items – 5″x5″x1¼”
- Storage Lid – sold singlely – covers both the Ink Pad & Blends Storage Trays as well as the open storage cubes.
Each of the storage trays and the open storage cube come with peel-and-stick silicone feet to protect your work surface and prevent sticking. Download the PDF brochure to read more.

Of course you have questions, to be honest so do I because I havent managed to get these in my hot little hands yet. I’ve put together a few questions and answers that might help you establish if Storage by Stampin’ Up! is the right solution for your craft haven.
Will old-design Stampin’ Pads fit in the Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays?
No. The Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays are designed to fit Stampin’ Up!’s new-design Stampin’ Pads only.
How high can I stack storage trays?
The Stampin’ Up! team tested and stacked up to 50 storage trays without any issues, BUT they would not recommend stacking that high. While Storage by Stampin’ Up! products are sturdy, the higher you stack them, the less stable they’ll become. Use your discretion when stacking.
Can I mount my Storage by Stampin’ Up! products on the wall?
No. These modular storage products are designed to sit on a table (or similar flat surface).
How should I use the Open Storage Cube?
The Open Storage Cube can be used to hold any miscellaneous items like ribbon, embellishments and small punches. For more inspiration on ways to use items from our Storage by Stampin’ Up! product line, check out the configuration chart.
Can I mix and match Storage by Stampin’ Up! products?
Yes! Storage by Stampin’ Up! products are modular and designed with customisation in mind. Take a look at the flyer for more information on the size and dimensions of each item in our new modular storage product line.
Do I need a Storage Lid for each 5-tray stack?
No. The Storage Lid covers the top of Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays, Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays and Open Storage Cubes, so you need only one per storage configuration.
Are Storage by Stampin’ Up! products free-standing or stacked?
Both. Stampin’ Up! designed these modular storage products to be free-standing and stackable, so you can customise your crafting space to work best for you.
How many Stampin’ Ink Refills can I store in the Storage Topper?
You can store up to 20 Stampin’ Ink Refills (or other small items) in the Storage Topper.
Are ink pads difficult to remove from Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays?
No. When you insert an ink pad into a storage tray, a small portion of the ink pad will stick out. We designed it this way, so your ink pads will be both secure and easy to access.
Can I buy individual Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays and/or Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays?
No. Both of these items include a set of five white plastic trays. Please use the configuration chart to determine how many storage units you need.
What material do you use to make Storage by Stampin’ Up! products?
Storage by Stampin’ Up! modular storage products are made with white, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic, which is a lightweight and durable material.
How do the silicone feet work?
To protect your surface and prevent slipping, we’ve included peel-and-stick silicone feet with the Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays, Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays and Open Storage Cube.
