Coffee Cake & Cards are back at Algester Sports Club! This morning the club confirmed we can resume our Wednesday morning crafting fix as the COVID-19 restrictions ease. Yay! So excited
Coffee Cake & Card dates
We’ve had to shuffle the dates a little so now Coffee, Cake & Cards is scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month. Here are the dates to mark in your calendar right now!
- 29 July 2020 – 10:30am-12:00pm
- 26 August 2020 – 10:30am-12:00pm
- 30 September 2020 – 10:30am-12:00pm
- 28 October 2020 – 10:30am-12:00pm
- 25 November 2020 – 10:30am-12:00pm
- 30 December 2020 10:30am-12:00pm

Stay COVID Safe
When you arrive at the club, please complete the wash your hands BEFORE you approach our table. It is essential to use hand sanitizer provided regularly throughout the class. This helps us all stay safe and well. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, get tested, and DO NOT attend. The club will require you to provide your contact details as part of their COVID Safe protocols before you enter the Bistro.
All materials are provided but it is strongly recommended that you bring your own scissors, adhesive, and bone folder. If you want to wear disposable gloves, and/or a mask, that’s great – we won’t be offended! We want you to stay safe, well, and feel comfortable creating with us.
So now I’ve shared this exciting news, I’d better get cracking on the class projects. What should we make first?
