Happy Friday! Hope your day is fabulous! It’s a public holiday here in Brisbane today so we are planning to relax and do a few chores around the house. Then again, we might just laze in bed till late! Tomorrow, I’ll be busy with the Gingerbread and Peppermint class, and I can’t wait!
This Sunday is Halloween so I’ve been busy making some last-minute treat bags for the random trick or treater that might pop in! So while I’ve got Halloween supplies out, there’s no better time to share a Halloween Colour Combination!
Are you ready?
Some of my favourite Halloween colours
Here’s one of my favourite Halloween colour combinations:
#TheCreativeEclectic #color #halloweencolours
For me, Halloween projects provide the opportunity to create with colours that I might not use together. These Halloween colours are sufficiently dark and spooky, but there are pops of bright Pumpkin Pie and Granny Apple Green too! The bright colours lift the mood of the project, and make it a little more fun!
Here’s one of my favourite cards using this Halloween colour combination:
I hope you like it too! The really versatile Banner Year stamp set that I used to create this card is from Stampin’ Up!’s current annual catalogue. It contains sentiments for all occasions, from Christmas to Thanksgiving to Halloween plus messages of love!
The Tailored Tag punch makes it easy to cut these strips into hexagons or polygons. If you want to use up those 1½” strips of white card stock you have lying around, this is a great way to do it. I always seem to have heaps of white scraps!
