I love making really intricate detailed cards that take hours to create, but I also love when all the prep work is done for me. I’m always looking for ways to make my life easier. This is why I am a huge fan of Stampin’ Up! kits. They are my secret weapon when I go to crafting get togethers. I just grab the kit box, my scissors and bone folder and off I go! No hours of cutting card stock or prepping everything is cut and ready to go. And most Stampin’ Up! kits are designed so that they can be completed in under an hour. So you can have a bunch of cards created really quickly.
Another great thing about kits is that they don’t take up a lot of room. No bulky ink pads or stamp cases – just a little brown box (The box can be recycled as gift packaging.) This makes them great to take travelling or to retreats. Perfect if you don’t have a lot of space to store your craft supplies.
Change up your kit
The other great thing about kits is that you don’t HAVE to create them according to the instructions. You can change the layout according to your mood and even add other supplies from your stash to change the look completely. Kits are what I like to call a great foundation product.
